A Fair-Trade, All Natural "Sajista" Concept
Lebanon's Fair Trade organization had an amazing product line called "Terroirs du Liban" which offered the best of the country's wonderful farmers collective - all natural Lebanese products harvested and prepared by hand. A new Saj station concept was created by the Fair Trade group to help feature and sell those products and a brand was needed to reflect the authenticity of its farmers.
 
"Jana", meaning harvest, is a deliciously neo-rustic brand designed for an urban populace who want healthy, yummy, natural goodness all wrapped up and ready to go. Hand-rolled and prepared by actual farmers who were trained as "Saj-istas", Jana was launched in Carrefour Beirut with astounding success.
